Congratulations to Dr. Tressie M. Cottom! The 2017 College of Humanities & Sciences Distinguished Faculty Award recognizes Dr. Cottom for Excellence in Scholarship in the Humanities and Social Sciences!

The College of Humanities and Sciences Faculty and Staff Awards and Retirees breakfast honor members of the faculty, staff, and retirees for their service to the college and VCU as a whole. Nominees were selected to have their work recognized by their departments and department heads, who send recommendations to the dean’s office describing the accomplishments and notable qualities of their nominees.
